With extensive experience in professional soccer and motorsports, Santiago has played a major role in some of the sports' most significant milestones over the past decade. From the record-breaking launch of Orlando City SC in MLS, to the $400 million renovation at Daytona International Speedway, Santiago was pivotal in developing the strategy behind their success.

Santiago holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
